ASA I and II patients posted for direct laryngoscopy procedure
Exclusion Criteria
Extensive laryngeal tumors and difficult airway patients
Patients on β blockers
Patients who required ventilation during the procedure .

Name Time Method To see the Ease of the procedure using Dexmedetomedine and Propofol infusion without use of muscle relaxant with patient breathing spontaneously.Timepoint: Hemodynamics at 10 - 15 minutes of beginning of the procedure

Name Time Method To study the hemodynamic response to direct laryngoscopy procedure for patients with laryngeal tumors. <br/ ><br>To assess Pao2 and PaCo2 levels at the end of procedure. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: <br/ ><br>Hemodynamics at 5 minutes interval till the end of the procedure.
