Inclusion Criteria
children with quadriplegic spastic CP, age 6 months to 18 years, who were admitted with acute respiratory -tract infection
Exclusion Criteria
pneumothorax, rapidly progressive chest infection, decreased oxygen saturation <92% even after oxygen supplementation more than FiO2 0.6 and subjects who had contagious diseases
