Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
1.To compare the difference in peak airway pressure between the groups at ( T3) 30 minutes after pneumo insufflation since inductionT3 is the time 30 minutes after pneumo insufflation and positioning
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
To compare the difference in ventilator parameters ( tidal volume, respiratory rate, dynamic compliance) between the groups at different time intervalsTo compare the difference in respiratory parameters (end tidal carbon dioxide, oxygen saturation) between the groups.
