History of hemodialysis for at least 3 months
Age range from 18 to 60 years
Ability to practice
Satisfaction with participation in the study
The absence of cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases
The lack of orthopedic and arthritic problems
No addiction
do not obtain a score of 17 or less from mini-mental state examination test (MMSE), by patient, at the beginning of the study, which indicates severe cognitive impairment in a person.
Changes in the patient's clinical symptoms (including vertigo, lack of balance, strabismus, blurred vision, nausea, palpitation, and shortness of breath) during the exercise so that the patient can not continue.
Cancellation or unwillingness to conduct regular and ongoing exercises during the study
Exit hemodialysis treatment due to kidney transplantation and other causes
Practicing less than three times a week
