Inclusion Criteria
1. age between 18-80
2. informed consent
3. fecal production< 250 gr/24 hrs
4. stable ICU patient
5. full enteral nutrition
Exclusion Criteria
no signs of malabsorption, liver cirrhosis, steroids (> 10 mg/dag), pregnancy, partenteral nutrition
