Diagnosed cases of PCOS as per Rotterdamâ??s criteria
Cases from menarche to Menopause Cases with other co- morbidities related to PCOS/other endocrinal disorders will be included with prior testing e.g. TSH, Hyperprolactinemia.
Patients under hormonal treatment and Metformin will be taken by stopping this treatment
Cases of PCOS with primary infertility as Chief complaint will be excluded
Cases with advanced psychiatric illness will not be taken for study
. Patients with on going treatment for advance autoimmune disorders will be excluded

Name Time Method Applying the BPS model will assist in understanding the different stressors or causes) individually and their interplay which produce disease expressions. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>This global view will greatly contribute to formulate in depth holistic Homoeopathic management by evaluating the importance of different factors, namely, Bio, Psycho and Social vertically and cross-sectionally. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>The BPS model will assist in improving the QOL of patients with PCOS through identification of prominent factors (predisposing, maintaining and precipitating at Bio- Psycho - Social level) and applying appropriate holistic Homoeopathic management <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 2 years 6 months <br/ ><br>
