Inclusion Criteria
ASA grade II ansd III preeclamptic parturients proposed for lower segment cesarean section under sub arachnoid block
Exclusion Criteria
1. patient refusal
2.deranged coagualtion profile
3.infection at the site (l3-l4)
4.spine deformity
5.raised intracranial pressure
6. moderate to severe cardiopulmonary compromise
7. psychiatric dsease
8. gestational diabetes
9. moderate to severe hepatorenal compromise

- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1. to study parturient fo changes in hemodynamic parameters like systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial blood pressure, heart rate, percentage saturation of oxygen <br/ ><br>2. to study the requirement of intraveinous fluid therapy and vasopressor <br/ ><br>3.to study the APGAR score of neonate at 1 minute and 5 minute, <br/ ><br>4. to study the parturient for complication like hypotension, bradycardia, hypoxemia, ECG changes, drug allergy, nausea, vomitting, headache, ventilatory support.Timepoint: changes in hemodynamic parameters will be observed at <br/ ><br>before administration of anaesthetic drug <br/ ><br>afetr spinal anaesthesia at an interval of 3 minutes upto 15 minutes and then every 5 minute till end of surgery <br/ ><br>after surgery every 4 hourly upto 24 hours
