- Gestational age of fetuses were confirmed at first or second trimester ultrasound
- Pregnant women must deliver or termination of pregnancy at Ramathibodi Hospital
- The newborns must be examined by neonatologist, confirmed the congenital heart disease from pediatrics cardiologist or confirmed genetic or syndromic abnormality by pediatrics geneticist
