1) Students recruited from colleges of Nitte Institute of Physiotherapy
2) Age: 18-26 years
3) Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7 (GAD-7) score = 8
4) Adequate proficiency in the English language for understanding and
filling out the research questionnaires.
5) Normal or corrected vision
1) Difficulty in comprehension of the research questionnaires
2)Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7 (GAD-7) score < 8
3) Musculoskeletal disorders that cause difficulty in writing or walking
(Upper or lower limb fractures)
4) Vestibular issues or dizziness
5) Individuals who have difficulty for acclimatization on the treadmill
