Planned surgery with heart-lung machine and median thoracotomy, aortic valve replacement, CABG, combined procedures with mitral valve surgery, atrial reduction.

WHAT:. By controlling the depth of anesthesia and the sympathetic nervous system: reduction of intraoperative hemodynamic stress and thus stabilierer Operation in cardiopulmonary surgery<br>WHEN: baseline, saw on the thoracotomy, sternum, chest retractor, recovery measurement, Aorta Injection<br>HOW: reduction of oxygen consumption VO2 during thoracotomy, measurement of cardiac output, SVRI, CI, TEA ejection fraction, pulmonary wedge pressure, ESG, SPI and entropy.
Secondary Outcome Measures

Increase in catecholamines in arterial blood during the thoracotomy.<br>Length of stay in intensive care, postoperative pain in the first 3 days, NRS questionnaire.
