Planned surgery with heart-lung machine and median thoracotomy, aortic valve replacement, CABG, combined procedures with mitral valve surgery, atrial reduction.

Name Time Method WHAT:. By controlling the depth of anesthesia and the sympathetic nervous system: reduction of intraoperative hemodynamic stress and thus stabilierer Operation in cardiopulmonary surgery<br>WHEN: baseline, saw on the thoracotomy, sternum, chest retractor, recovery measurement, Aorta Injection<br>HOW: reduction of oxygen consumption VO2 during thoracotomy, measurement of cardiac output, SVRI, CI, TEA ejection fraction, pulmonary wedge pressure, ESG, SPI and entropy.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Increase in catecholamines in arterial blood during the thoracotomy.<br>Length of stay in intensive care, postoperative pain in the first 3 days, NRS questionnaire.
