入排标准
入选标准
- •All patients above 18 years scheduled to undergo awake nasal fibreoptic intubation
排除标准
- •ASA physical status IV
- •Raised intracranial pressure
- •Uncontrolled seizure disorder and/or known psychiatric illness
- •Currently on (in the past 14 days) treatment with an α2 agonist or antagonist
- •Patients in whom dexmedetomidine or benzodiazepine administration is contraindicated
- •Patients with acute unstable angina, laboratory confirmed acute myocardial infarction within the past 6 weeks, heart rate < 50 bpm, systolic blood pressure (SBP) < 90 mm Hg, or complete heart block unless they have a pacemaker
- •Elevated ALT and/or AST values of > 2 times the upper limit of normal.
