Inclusion Criteria
1.MCL injury grade 1 and 2 confirmed by MRI
2.Age group 18-35 years
3.Duration of injury within 2 weeks
Exclusion Criteria
1.Any associated ligament and meniscal injury other than MCL confirmed by MRI
2.Internal derangement of knee
3.Any previous knee surgery
4.Knee instability due to hypermobility syndrome
5.Local infection around the knee
6.Uncontrolled systemic diseases
7.Local corticosteroid injection within 6 weeks
8.Thrombocytopenia
9.Anti-coagulation therapy
10.Haemodynamic instability
11.Hypofibrinogenaemia
