1. MRI confirmed Grade-2 and Grade-3 cases of insertional tendinopathy of rectus abdominis
2. Age group 18-35 years
3. Duration of symptoms >3 months
4. Willingness to comply with treatment and follow-up assessment
1. Associated with other causes of groin pain like adductor, iliopsoas, inguinal-related groin pain
2. Local infections around groin
3. Uncontrolled systemic diseases
4. Local corticosteroid injection within 3 months
5. Platelet count ( <1.8 lakhs/mm3)
6. Anti-coagulation therapy
