Inclusion Criteria
Clinical and Ultrasound diagnosed cases of plantar fasciitis
Age between 18 to 60 years of age
Failure of conservative treatment > 3months
Willingness to comply with treatment and follow up assessment
Exclusion Criteria
1.Other causes of plantar heel pain
2.Previous surgery in the foot
3.Local injection within 6 weeks
4.Local infection at the site of injection
5.Uncontrolled systemic disease
6.Thrombocytopenia ( <1.5 lakhs/cumm)
7.Bleeding disorder
8.Pregnancy
