Inclusion Criteria
the patients with chronic joint pain being referred for imaging.
patients found to have partial thickness supraspinatus tear on MRI.
patient consenting to USG guided PRP injection.
Exclusion Criteria
Patient found to have complete supraspinatus tear and involvement of other rotator cuff muscles on MRI shoulder.
patient with shoulder dislocation.
patient with adhesive capsulitis.
patient with prior shoulder surgery.
arthritis of shoulder joint.
