Inclusion Criteria
Age 18-65yrs
ASA grade 1&2
Elective lower limb orthopaedic surgery
Who have given valid informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with heart block, bradyarrythmia and Left ventricular failure
Bleeding or coagulation abnormalities
Severe renal disease
Severe Liver dysfunction
