The ultrasound-guided TAP block is an effective postoperative pain controller and can decrease postoperative morphine consumption at AIC bone harvesting.

Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA I or II patients undergo alveolar cleft repair with anterior iliac crest bone grafting.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient refusal, patient allergy to local anesthetic drug and other drugs use in the trial.
