Inclusion Criteria

1.All gender subjects within the age group of 20-45 years.

2.Craniovertebral angle <= 49º11,21

3.Index of kyphosis >=813,24

4.Subjects with nonspecific neck pain

5.Subjects willing to participate.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Diagnosed cases of red flags for mobilization:

i)spinal fracture

ii) infection of spine

iii) tumor

iv)osteoporosis

v)cervical radiculopathy/myelopathy

vi)Thoracic or cervical surgery

vii)history of whiplash

2.History of vertigo

3.Vertibrobasilar insufficiency

4.Diagnosed cases of Fibromyalgia

5.Diagnosed cases of shoulder, elbow or wrist pathology

6.Fixed deformity of the spine
