Inclusion Criteria
1. The Participants willing to participate in the study
2.Both Male and Female
2.Overhead Athletes with forward head posture
3.Craniovertebral angle- <49 degree
4. Age 18 -30 years
Exclusion Criteria
1.Unwillingness.
2.Any musculoskeletal, respiratory or cardiac disorders.
3.Pain.
4.Uncooperative patient
5.Individuals who had undergone any operations in spinal bones or chest, had traumatic neck injury.
