Inclusion Criteria
•Participants diagnosed with facetal arthropathy on MRI,
•Localized unilateral lumbar pain
•Replication or aggravation of pain by unilateral pressure over the facet joint,
•Pain eased in flexion, Pain in extension, Lateral flexion or rotation to the ipsilateral side.
•Patients willing to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
•Spinal Surgery
•Trauma to the spine
•Manipulation under anesthesia
•Metabolic Disorders â?? Osteoporosis
•Spinal Tumors
