Inclusion Criteria
Patients with neck pain radiculating to- one or both of the arms
Neck pain lasting more than one month
Reduced cervical ROM and painful cervical movements
Painful arm and shoulder movements
Pain reported on VAS score more then 3/10 in neck and arm region for more than 1 months
Exclusion Criteria
Any cervical spine surgery
Cervical cancer
Congenital malformation
Trauma
Psychiatric disorder
Uncooperative patient
History of whiplash injury
