Women who are travelling to work places and not homebound and males.

The study will help us provide more knowledge on IDD, Flexibility levels <br/ ><br>and JUNCS food consumption of women 30-50years who are working from home (WFH) and <br/ ><br>homemakers in the new normal (COVID -year 2022). <br/ ><br>Creating and circulating NEP with a feedback response on healthy eating and the need for <br/ ><br>physical fitness at home and harmful effects of JUNCS consumption.Timepoint: 4 months
