1)healthy women age 19-45 years
2)diagnose an endometrioma size at least 3 cm in diameter but less than 10 cm and scheduled for unilateral laparoscopic cystectomy
3)No history of oral hormone within 3 months and no treatment history of รับ depot-medroxyprogesterone acetate (DMPA) or GnRH agonist 9 months before surgery
4)no contraindication for Ethinyl estradiol à¹à¸¥à¸°Desogestrel
5)no desire for a child
1. women in menopause period
2. Pregnant women
3. Suspected ovarian cancer
4. Endometrioma larger than 10 cm in diameter
5. Previous history of adnexal or ovarian surgery
