Inclusion Criteria

1.patient undergo upper blepharoplasty at Srinagarind Hospital
2.patient participation in this clinical trials
3.patient don't have history of tranexamic allergy

Exclusion Criteria

1.History of previous undergo upper blepharoplasty
2.Infected wound
3.Underlying disease associated with wound healing such as Diabetes,immunocompromised
4.Patient undergo both upper and lowwer blepharoplasty
5.Underlying disease associated with thrombosis such as thromboembolic event,
hemoglobinopathy
6.Bleeding tendency diasease such as coagulopathy ,hemolytic disease
7.Chronic kidney disease
8.Patient had history used NSAID,anticoagulant, anti platelet with in 7 day
9.patient who has complication after surgery
