Name Time Method It is expected to find the viable presence of the microorganisms Bifidobacterium lactis HN019 and Lactobacillus rhamnosus HN001 in the samples collected perceived by DNA extraction, with reduction of inflammatory parameters IL6, TGF beta and TNF alpha considering the 95% confidence interval, CI=0.95 and significance level of 5%, a=0.05. The hypotheses tested will be: H0: There is no difference between the groups and Ha: There is difference between the groups.<br><br>
