Inclusion Criteria

a) Males and females aged >18 yrs with Liver cirrhosis of known etiology.

b)Active status on the waiting list

c) Provide informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

a) Pregnancy / under Fertility treatments

b)Malignancy except HCC

c)Human immunodeficiency virus infection

d)Creatinine clearance <50 mL/min

e)Cystic fibrosis

f)Consumption of probiotics in any form within one month prior to participation

â??g)Chronic gastrointestinal disorder including inflammatory bowel disease and celiac disease

â??h)Chronic immunosuppressive medication usage.

i)â??Liver transplantation schedule within six weeks from the day of enrollment.
