Inclusion Criteria
Patients aged 18 years and over and
who had been undergoing hemodialysis for at least 3 months
had triglycerides =150 mg / dl, low HDL< 40 mg / dl in men and <50 mg / dl in women)
and CRP> 5
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with a history of stroke and myocardial infarction and Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA),, , , and
peripheral vascular disease
malignancy,
liver cirrhosis
COPD
active hepatitis
heart failure
autoimmune diseases
corticosteroid use
non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)andstatin
positive viral marker
hepatitis
HIV
had a history of hospitalization and infection during the last month
