Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients of ASA I and II undergoing elective lower abdominal surgery with written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients refusal
- •Patient with significant cardiac respiratory hepatic renal endocrine neurologic disorders
- •Infection at the procedure site
- •Bleeding disorder
- •Allergic reaction to the study drugs
- •Patients with spinal deformities previous spinal surgeries
- •Patients on tranquilizers hypnotics sedatives and other psychotropic drugs
