Inclusion Criteria
- •SINGLETON,ASA2,TERM GESTATION,POSTED FOR ELECTIVE CESAREANA SECTIO
Exclusion Criteria
- •i. Less than 18 years of age ii. ASA grade 3\& 4 iii. More than 35 years age iv. Having 2 lower segment cesarean section previously v. Having systolic blood pressure more than 140 mm hg or diastolic blood pressure more than 90mm hg pre operatively vi. On anti hypertensive medication vii. Gestational diabetes mellitus viii. Twin or multi foetal pregnancy ix. Refusing to give consent x. Contraindication to spinal or epidural xi. Patients having severe pallor xii. Foetal malformation or mal presentation xiii. Drug allergy to study drugs xiv. Foetal Bradycardia xv. Impending rupture xvi. Heart disease xvii. Ante partum haemorrhage
