Inclusion Criteria
All patients aged more than 65 years admitted in critical care units will be included in the study
Exclusion Criteria
Patients will be excluded if they are admitted to an ICU for organ donation, palliative care only, amputees, limb asymmetry such as those caused by prior hemiplegic stroke leading to unilateral muscle wasting, neuromuscular muscle-wasting disorder as a known preexisting
condition, and skin lacerations or wounds in the areas selected for ultrasound evaluation
