Inclusion Criteria

1.Age between 18 - 80 years

2.Both sexes

3.Low risk surgery- patients undergoing cataract surgery

4.Intermediate risk surgery- Laparoscopic cholecystectomy

5.High risk surgery- Cardiothoracic surgeries including coronary artery bypass graft surgery, valve replacement surgeries, major abdominal, major thoracic surgeries and major oncology general surgeries.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patients not giving consent

2.Pregnant and lactating females

3.Patients with neurological disease

4.Patients with genetic muscular atrophy diseases.

5.Patients who are non-ambulatory and bed-ridden from past 3 months.
