- •EMERGENCY SURGERY,PATIENT ALREADY RECEIVING OXYGEN OR ON VENTILATOR,PATIENT REQUIRING POST-OP MECHANICAL VENTILATION,SEPSIS,BOWEL OBSTRUCTION,POOR NUTRITIONAL STATUS,ANEMIA (HB <8 GM%).
