1.Patients on HD treatment at least 3times/week.
2.Willing to provide consent.
3.Male and female, age>18 years old.

1.Dialysis for <4 months
2.Unable to obtain echocardiographic data of sufficient quality to allow analysis
3.Cardiac transplant recipients
4.NYHA IV heart failure
5.Chronic obstructive airway disease, other chronic/acute lung condition exacerbating hypoxia and/or unable to tolerate O2 therapy.
6.Patients on long term oxygen therapy (LTOT).
7. Pregnant women or female subjects in childbearing age.
