入选标准
- •Patients identified with CKD Stages 3 & 4 [15 < GFR < 60 mL/min per 1·73 m²]
- •Patients identified with nephropathy (Diabetics or Hypertensive nephropathy)
- •Age ranging from 35 to 60 from both gender
- •Willingness to participate in a 12 - week yoga program
排除标准
- •Persons identified / diagnosed with;
- •Genetic kidney diseases,
- •Inflammatory or Infectious type nephropathy (Glomerulonephritis, SLE, M - Nephropathy / Pyelonephritis, PIGN, etc)
- •Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus, Uncontrolled Diabetes and Hypertension, Morbid obesity,
- •Acute Kidney Injury (AKI)
- •Persons identified with renal carcinoma, polycystic kidney disease, UTI, Kidney stones
- •Severe cognitive decline, immobilized or severe mobility restriction
- •Persons identified with any other serious problem that can confound the outcome data
