入选标准
- •Patients identified with T2DM [6.5 < HbA1C < 9]
- •Fasting Plasma glucose above 126 mg/dL
- •Age ranging from 35 to 60 from both gender
- •Willingness to participate in a 4 - week yoga program
排除标准
- •Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus
- •Uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension, Cardiovascular diseases
- •Morbid obesity
- •Neurological or Psychological disorders
- •Mobility restrictions or inability to do Yoga practices
- •Alcoholic, or addiction to any forms of drug usage
- •Recent major trauma or surgery that would interfere with participation
- •Pregnant women
- •Unable to provide informed consent
- •Persons not versed with English or Kannada or Hindi
