Inclusion Criteria
Inborn infants with antenatal evidence of reverse end diastolic flow (REDF) in the umbilical artery Doppler.
Exclusion Criteria
Infants needing extensive resuscitation, HIE 2 and 3, 5-minute Apgar <7, isolated absent end diastolic flow (AEDF), shock requiring inotrope on day 1, refusal for DHM if MOM not available for initiation and hiking of feeds, any gastrointestinal tract or other major congenital malformation or any other contraindication to initiation of enteral feeds.
