Inclusion Criteria

ALL American society of Anaesthesiologist Physical Status-II patients undergoing caeserean section under spinal anaesthesia

Exclusion Criteria

1)Patients history of allergy to any of the study drugs,

2)Body mass index (BMI) >= 35 kg/m2

3)History of Opioid abuse

4)Gestational Diabetes

5)Heart failure

•Fungal/viral systemic/local infection

•Hypertensive disorders

•Psychiatric illness
