The eligibility criteria will be: i) age between 65-80 years; ii) physically inactive (structured exercise classes in the last 3 months); iii) Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score lower than 26 (out of a total of 30); iv) absence of clinical conditions or unstable disease that contraindicates supervised exercise based on medical judgment (cardiologist) during the health screening visit; v) no previously diagnosed cerebrovascular, neurological or psychiatric disease; and vi) have sufficient visual and hearing capacity to complete cognitive assessment protocol.

Name Time Method 1) Changes in the global neurocognitive function scores obtained by the sum of the following neuropsychological tests: stroop color test, trail making test part A and B, Digit span forward & backward, digit symbol substitution test, verbal fluency, Time up & go with cognitive demand, and logical memory
