入选标准
- •1) if they reported a history of at least 1 substantial ankle sprain
- •2) episodes of the ankle ‘‘giving way’’ in the 6 months before the study,
- •3) a score = 25 on the Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool (CAIT).
排除标准
- •1) history of previous surgery to the musculoskeletal structures of either lower extremity
- •2) fracture in either lower extremity requiring realignment
- •3) acute musculoskeletal injury to the joints of the lower extremity in the 3 months before the study that affected joint integrity and function, resulting in at least 1 lost day of desired physical activity.
