Inclusion Criteria
Non-Yoga Performing Subjects who can practice Yoga for 6 months after initial sample collection
Exclusion Criteria
1.Any intake of probiotics or antibiotics/ antifungals/ antivirals/painkillers within one month prior to sample collection,
2.Primary gastrointestinal pathology,
3.If any history of concurrent acute/ chronic medical illness
