Those who have started the career as teachers and have completed minimum of 5 years of teaching.
Teachers who use their voice for a minimum of 4 to 5 hours/day in school set up.
Teachers who feel their voice quality has changed/changing gradually due to their profession.
Teachers who get more than plus 1.00 z-score in Voice Handicap Index (VHI) questionnaire.
•They have any upper respiratory tract infections/ asthma/ allergies.
•Who have undergone any throat/laryngeal surgery in the near past or at the time of the study.
