Inclusion Criteria

1Women in reproductive age group with primary or secondary infertility due to severe Ashermans Syndrome, with menstrual irregularities.

2Hypomenorrhoea, oligomenorrhoea or amenorrhoea

3 In whom the available treatment options that is hysteroscopic adhesiolysis and followed by estrogen stimulation have failed.

4Women willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion Criteria

Women more than 40 years of age are not included in the study.

?Patients with active endometrial tuberculosis.

?Patients with chronic debilitating diseases and or hematopoietic diseases affecting the bone marrow.

?Women not willing to participate
