1.Male and Female aged 18 to 50 years.
2.Patients clinically diagnosed with chronic urticaria, characterized by central swelling surrounded by erythema and itching.
3.lesions occurring at least for a period of 6 weeks and for which taking conventional treatment atleast twice in a week.
4.All patients provided written informed consent.
1.Patients with acute (urticaria less than 6 weeks),angioedema with no urticaria, urticarial vasculitis and associated psychiatric diseases.
2.History of Bronchial Asthma.
3.Pregnant or lactating women.
4.Cases with urticaria vasculitis, angioedema, systemic diseases like cardiovascular, endocrinal diseases, psychiatric diseases or systemic infections or on other treatment therapies.
5. Patients taking steroids or any other medications.
6. Severely ill patients and immunocompromised patients.
7. Patients non willing to compliance.

Name Time Method Decrease of symptoms ( pruritus, redness, burning) with decrease of UAS7 score.Timepoint: 1 year

Name Time Method 1.To assess the changes in the dependency on anti-allergic medicines in verum and placebo groups. <br/ ><br>2.To assess the changes in the total and individual domain scores of CU QoL. <br/ ><br>3.To assess the changes in AEC, total IgE level, Specific IgE <br/ ><br>4.To know the acute exacerbation of the diseases in the form of frequency, duration and intensity in both group <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 1 year
