1. Patients shall be diagnosed based on the ARIA (Allergic Rhinitis and its Impact on Asthma)
guidelines.
2. Elevated level of Serum IgE .
3. Ability to read or understand Bengali.
4. Provide written informed consent to participate
1. If patients have any other diseases along with allergic rhinitis.
2. Patients suffering from substance abuse or dependence.
3. Patients using immunosuppressive or anti-histaminic or corticosteroids medication on regular
basis.
4. Patients undergoing any other homeopathic treatment.
5. Patients suffering from any life-threatening diseases.

Name Time Method Before and after treatment Serum IgE levels shall be collected from a NABL <br/ ><br>certified laboratory. The scores shall be analysed after the end of the trial.Timepoint: Baseline and 3 months.

Name Time Method Bengali translated TNSS questionnaire - It is a brief questionnaire which evaluate <br/ ><br>the severity of main symptoms of allergic rhinitis. It consists of three questions which assess nasal <br/ ><br>obstruction, itching/sneezing and secretion/runny nose. Each question can be answered using a 4- <br/ ><br>point scale from â??0â?? (no symptoms) up to â??3â?? (severe symptoms).Timepoint: Baseline and 3 months.
