Inclusion Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
Patients aged between 18 to 60 years.
ASA Grade I and II
Patients undergoing elective surgical interventions not requiring endotracheal intubation and surgeries lasting for 30-90mins.
Those willing to give informed consent
Predicted normal airway
Exclusion Criteria
age less than 18 and more than 60 years
bmi >40 kg/m
asa 3 and 4
predicted difficult airway
increased aspiration risk
full stomach
hiatus hernia
gastroesophageal reflux disease
prone position
major head and neck surgery

Name Time Method This study is aimed to compare insertion time taken for baska and i-gel. <br/ ><br>Primary objective <br/ ><br>Insertion time: <br/ ><br>It was defined as the time duration between the picking up of the device and itâ??s successful placement by viewing the chest rise after insertion. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 4 months
