1. Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy
2. ASA I and II
3. Patients of either sex in the age group between 20-70 years
1. Difficult airway
2. Mouth opening < 2.5 cm
3. ASA III and IV
4. Any neck pathology or of upper respiratory tract
5. Obese patients with BMI > 30 kg/m²
6. Surgery tome more than 2 hours
7. Increased risk of asporation e.g. pregnancy, trauma, full stomach patients( <8 hrs fasting) or any intra abdominal pathology like intestinal obstruction, peritonitis, gastric paresis
