Inclusion Criteria
ASA grade I/II/III
BMI <35 kg/m2
Exclusion Criteria
Gastro esophageal reflux disease or obstructive sleep apnoea.
Preoperative sore throat or Upper respiratory tract infection since last 10 days
Mouth opening <2.5cm 0r anticipated difficult airway.
Any fascial,laryngeal and pharyngeal anatomy problem.
