1.Patients willing to give written informed consent
2.ASA grade I and II
3.Body weight 30-60kgs
4.Patient undergoing elective abdominal surgery under general anaesthesia with
controlled ventilation
5.Patients of either gender with age group ranging from 18 to 50 years
1.Known/ predicted difficult airway
2.Mouth opening <2.5cm
3.Patients with body mass index = 30 kg/m2
4.Surgery lasting for >2hours
5.Patients with increased risk of aspiration of gastric contents (NBM status unknown,nonfasted,gastrointestinal stricture or stenosis)
