Inclusion Criteria

Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Any deviation from planned procedure

2. Jaundice

3. Gallbladder malignancy

3. Difficult cholecystectomy (Cushieri scale grade III, IV and Nassar scale grade 3, 4 and 5)

4. Subserosal infiltration deemed hazardous by operating surgeon.

5. Anaphylaxis.

6. Pregnancy
