Inclusion Criteria

Diagnosed with Hypertension (classified as per 2017 AHA/ACC guidelines)

Exclusion Criteria

- Patients with other co-morbidities (Diabetes Mellitus/ Chronic Kidney Disease/CVA/CAD/COPD) based on history and clinical examination

- Patients with a secondary cause of hypertension based on history and clinical examination

- Pregnant or lactating females

- Patients with diagnosed sleep disorder, major psychiatric disorder or cognitive disorder

- Patients not giving informed written consent
